Q. If I run out of yarn what are the chances of getting a good colour match if I order some more?
A. With hand dyeing it is not possible to get an exact colour match when dyeing a new batch. Each batch is a serendipitous one off. It is possible to get something close to the original colour but not exact. It's always best to order enough for your project at the beginning, if there is not enough for the project contact me directly and I can dye enough yarn to order for you.

Q. I'm not sure of the colour of the yarn from my computer monitor, can I have samples?
A. Yes, but bear in mind that by the time you get the samples that colour batch may have sold out.

Q. Can I return the yarn if the colour is not what I wanted?
A. Yes you may return the yarn for a full refund, as long as the yarn is returned in good condition within a week of receipt.

Q. Will silk and cashmere yarns shrink when washed and can they felt?
A. All yarns can be damaged if they are washed incorrectly, please read the section on Aftercare and Washing Instructions.
