I have returned from my post show coma phase, ask anyone who exhibits at yarn shows and they will know about the levels of exhaustion that hit you on returning home, only in my case they hit me round about lunchtime on the show sunday before I got home !  It was a great show and it was so good to be back at a yarn show. My back held up, much better than I expected, though I did have a few icepacks from time to time held in the back of my jeans and soothing my poor aching back. The weather was glorious, and on the sunday I had a just lovely birthday at the show. I made cup cakes and a victoria sponge, and shared them with customers and fellow exhibitors, I also ate way too much of them, and suffered from what I can only describe as cake poisoning over the next few days after the show.

The first picture on the left is the lovely Machelle from Chopped Tomatoes, the middle one is Sue from The Old Piggery, who was playing "let's see if she can get a picture of me  if I duck down here behind the yarns" and last but not least is my lovely right hand woman and great friend , my cousin Chris.  Last year she was unable to work with me at the shows due to a gall bladder op.It's great having you back in the Knitwitches team dear Cuz. I really really missed you last year.

We had a great show and it was loads of fun, and now fully recovered I've started on updating the website today, long overdue, but not possible to do whilst I was unable to do the dyeing. Some of the yarn will seem as though there should be more, but I couldn't do the website and the show dyeing due to what was going on, so some are a bit short because I sold too many of them at the show. But fear not noble knitters/crafters more dyeing to follow in early may. Do remember that I often have more colours in my yarn boxes than are on the website, so if you don't see exactly what you want get in touch.
