I would describe it as simply the most stunningly lovely yarn I have ever knitted with.With 65% cashmere/35% silk.An absolute sensuous delight to knit with. Cashmere mega soft with the sheen and drape of silk, the yarn has a very slight halo when knitted due to the cashmere. Perfect for garments/scarves/wraps and shawls, comes up just above the UK 4 ply weight for knitting.I have knitted the Lunar Moth Shawl from Elann in this yarn (twice) on a 5mm needle and it was just perfect for the pattern, and sooo warm and soft to wear as a shoulder shawl under a warm winter coat.
